Play Time With…
Play Time With… brings special guests from across the Sheboygan community into the museum to share their interests, talents, and stories through play. Artists, educators, librarians, musicians, gardeners, neighbors, and more invite families into an experience inspired by what they know and love.
No two Play Times are quite the same! A visit might include a favorite book, hands-on activity, music, movement, art, or something completely unexpected. Each session gives children and caregivers a chance to learn with our community, from our community, and alongside the people who help make Sheboygan a vibrant place to grow up.
Come meet a neighbor, try something new, and, most importantly, play together.

Lights, camera, story time! Kick off the Sheboygan Film Festival with special guest Beah Travis for a morning of stories celebrating movies, filmmaking, and the creative people behind the camera.
Together, we’ll explore Lights! Camera! Alice! by Mara Rockliff, Young Charlotte Filmmaker by Frank Viva, and Action! How Movies Began by Meghan McCarthy.

Join children’s author John Bray for a special reading of The End. After the story, young artists can explore the idea of beginnings and endings through an open-ended art experience inspired by their own ideas and imaginations.
